I have a full plate much of the time and I only consider taking on new clients if the fit is right.
I have to be honest and tell you right up front that working with me is not simple or easy.
There is no such thing as “turn key” marketing any more than there is a “kitchen in a box” or a “Chef du Jour”.
Marketing your Restaurant takes a lot of planning and commitment that you will need to be a part of. I can’t be in your Restaurant every day so you, or someone on your staff that understands your business and that you trust with your future, will be involved every step along the way.
Together we can build a strategy and execute a plan that will make slow tuesday afternoons a thing of the past. But, it takes commitment and time. Anything of value does.
